Welcome to Pebble Paradise, a stunning oceanside end-unit townhome just a short stroll (about 1½ blocks) to the beach and moments from Bethany’s charming downtown and boardwalk. The home is located just south of Route 1, making it easy to reach the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Due to the convenient location, you may hear some traffic at times.

Completely renovated with high-end finishes throughout, this beautifully maintained coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and location. The main level features an open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together and open onto a sunny deck—ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day.
The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, premium cabinetry, and a breakfast bar with seating, making it perfect for casual meals and entertaining.

Pebble Paradise comfortably sleeps guests across four bedrooms, with two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms for added convenience. The ground-level fourth bedroom includes a private entrance, offering flexibility and privacy for guests or extended family.

Inside, you’ll find hardwood flooring throughout, with ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths. The spacious primary suite is a standout, featuring custom built-in closets, access to a covered porch, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.

****Please note one of the bedrooms is a loft and the other is on the level of the garage and is a separate entrance.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Host requires all guests sign a lease agreement within 48 hours of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed -- additional fee is charged.

A incredible property just steps to the beach and a short walk to the Bethany boardwalk. The host sweated every detail on this recently renovated gem, it was perfect for our family. The host was super communicative and made sure our visit was unique and memorable, down to the smallest details. We hope to be repeat guests again soon!

Spotless. Bright and breezy townhome one block to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Our three-generation family, including dogs, had plenty of room for meals, gathering and socializing. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for meal prep and dining. There were extra towels, beach chairs and plenty of storage which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom configuration was a bonus, we enjoyed the tastefully decorated private bedrooms, comfortable beds and ample storage. Our host was professional, gracious and responsive. We will chose Pebble Paradise for all our Bethany Beach gatherings.

The unit was clean - stocked adequately in the kitchen - 1 block to easy beach access - couldn’t get used to the layout … with the kitchen, living and dining rooms on the 3rd level I kept wanting to go upstairs to the bedrooms - not an issue just expected the kitchen and living area to be on the main floor….overall a great week…
