Lovely beach home located in family-friendly Bethany West on a quiet cul de sac. Easy walk or trolley ride to town/beach. Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway. Walk or trolley to great restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach.

3BR/ 2BA plus queen loft. One king bedroom with TV, one queen bedroom w TV, one room with queen over queen bunk beds, a pullout in the living room, and a queen mattress in a sleeping loft (ladder climb). Comfy screened back porch w TV. Beautiful back yard for birdwatching, wildlife sightings, playing games, grilling.

Family friendly, pet friendly and convenient to all the wonderful things Bethany and the surrounding beaches have to offer.

Access to pool/fitness/tennis/pickleball for an onsite fee. (2024: $10/day or $30/week per person)

House fully equipped: TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
Pillows and blankets at the house. Beach Towels provided. Bring your own sheets and towels.

**$250 dollar REFUNDABLE damage/cleaning/linen deposit required a week prior to arrival. Fully refundable immediately when cleaner confirms property is in good order. We found the house to be very comfortable and had lots of amenities and supplies for every purpose! The house is very convenient to the pool and trolley stop as well as a good Italian store and a few great restaurants within walking distance!

Perfect Family Getaway

The location is great, really love this neighborhood and the house itself is amazing as well. It was well furnished and had all the kitchen utensils and things we needed to make some sides for a family thanksgiving we attended at a local relatives house. The host is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to be as comfortable as possible. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoy Bethany Beach most in the fall. This property is nicely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that is close to all of the local dining and shopping establishments. The house is very comfortable for both relaxing and entertaining.

The house is gorgeous.The photos doesn't give it enough justice. The house had everything you can possibly need and more. The only thing I will say is the neighbors are not for Noise my dog was barking in the open patio, The neighbors call the police due to the dog barking and this was around 11am.

This was our second trip staying at the house and we're planning to be back next year as well. The communication was great with owner and the house has everything we needed while there. Plus it is super cozy and comfortable with a beach flair. It is very close to the beach and shops while also being secluded near the end of a quiet cul de sac. Loved our stay!

Great Birthday

The residence was great. Check in went okay… the “black lock box” was not there and we ended up finding the keys in a fake looking owl bird house on the back porch. All the linens were clean and available as promised. The house itself was very nice and had quirky/ fun colors and decorations. It was perfect for my girlfriend’s birthday. We loved the screened in back porch and the 8 of us were able to be comfortable and sit out there together. It was a very quite and safe looking neighborhood. All in all, I would definitely rent again if I were to go back to Bethany.

Quiet, comfortable home for our family beach trip to Bethany! House has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pools in the neighborhood were a nice option that we took full advantage. Cute and quaint house with great neighborhood and access to the beach. However some upgrades needed including electrical connections for master bedroom. Power went out when blow drying hair in the bathroom and the outlet under the main electrical panel was loose and impacted tv and lighting.

Enjoyed our time. Walking to the beach with umbrellas and chairs etc is a haul, so prepare to bike/drive/trolley. We went to the pool for 1 hour and paid $40, it’s unfortunate it’s not included in your stay. Beds are comfortable. Appreciated the toilet paper/paper towels and soaps that were provided. Lots of games to choose from and kitchen has everything you’ll need.

What a cute, beachy rental! Home was well equiped, clean, and had a "homey" feel. Parking was easy in Bethany with the provided residential parking permit and the free trolley rides were a bonus. Our pets were happy as well!!
