Winter Getaway in Lakeside Retreat Villa for 14 – Christmas Tree, Fireplace & Festive Meals

A winter getaway for groups in a peaceful pine forest by 11 lakes. Villa and annex together sleep up to 14 guests, with a wood-burning stove to gather around, a Christmas tree in the festive season and a fully equipped kitchen and grill for festive meals. Berlin is 40 minutes away, the airport only 20 minutes.

The main villa accommodates 11 guests in three king-size bedrooms—two with balcony access—and two living rooms. Features include granite floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood-burning stove, a rain shower, and a freestanding bathtub. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, separate coffee station, washing machine and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two workspaces. The property has a large fenced garden, three terraces, a charcoal grill, parking for five cars, and secure bike storage in the garage. Bed linen and toiletries are included.

The private annex for 3 guests matches the villa’s style and is connected via the terrace. It offers a king-size bedroom, a single bed, a shower room, its own kitchen, and a washing machine. The annex is part of the estate but remains wonderfully private.

Please note: This is a private retreat in a residential area. Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the registered guest number are not permitted.

For teams and groups: The airport is 20 minutes away. Two workspaces, a 65-inch TV, and terraces are ideal for catering. Whether you cook yourselves, hire a caterer, or use the grill—everything is ready. Villa and annex together accommodate up to 14 guests and are reserved exclusively for you during your stay.
