This location is way in the back of other businesses. I arrived at 6:39 pm due to heavy traffic driving from New Orleans. Sketchy people were hanging inside and. Out side. When I walked into the lobby the desk clerk was handing out rolls of toilet paper to at least three people. An awkward man walked up to me and ask, are you staying here tonight. The lighting in the lobby y was rather dim. All of these things together made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So I left and ask the clerk to cancel my reservation. She said she could not cancel from because it was booked through a very deceptive scam.. to get a person to make the reservation the site said there is no need to pay until your arrival, but it will not a reservation Until you put it in your to reserve the room. I called hotels.com right then and the operator untold me she would request a refund due to the deplorable conditions I case and felt while in the property. So I revcieved an email from motel.com booking site and it stated the refund was impossible because the property had decided to uphold the charges. I stayed at a Red Roof Inn using the same reservation system. So after all if this I was charged for both rooms when I and only 1 person. Please do not use Hotels .com because this site is nothing but a SCAM!

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my whole life of 70 years. Some of the front staff was rude. The rooms were less than desirable. The sheets were the incorrect size for the beds. The toilet would not work most of the time. They allowed animals and they would urinate on the floor and the length of time for staff to clean up was extremely too long. Half the time, the key cards would not work and the laundry room was always dirty. I would give them a zero if that was an option.

I didn't like having to take the stairs to the 4th floor because of the literal bus load of illegal that showed up right when I was checking in and all had to use the elevator. They put me in the wrong room and when i told the girl at the front desk, that I was in the wrong room, and showed her on my booking she told me I was wrong and that was it there was nothing I could do about it. Now let's get to the room. The door barely close very loose with a very easy just break in and it was the most disgusting room I've ever seen the bed bugs and roaches were everywhere so I left and when I did there was no one at the front desk so I sent them a message on their app which they said they never received so they charged me two days of the seven that I was supposed to say it told me they would refund me for five of the days and then refuse to refund me for any of it that just kept sending me back and forth between Expedia and the hotel and it's just blaming it on each other if you're looking for meth or crack it's the place to go so remember if you're looking for drugs or bugs it's your place but for all the normal people stay the hell away from it
