Friendly staff. Nice sweets on the front desk - black currant was the best. Good to have a bottle of water waiting in the room. What’s the toilet seat all about? Who thought a neon lime toilet seat was a good idea? Bathroom may have designed by a 12 year old with no taste.

Go elsewhere!

The carpet was worn and dirty beyond all reasonable cleanliness standard. The bedroom was so small we could not find space for our 2 carry-on suitcases. The bathroom was tiny, for example, the shower was so small we kept bumping onto the faucet while showering...that turns off the water flow. Besides, even with GPS, driving to the hotel was problematic, due to many one way roads going through the town. Never again.

We arrived very late and left very early. The room and bathroom were fine and so was the parking. We were pretty tired so we weren't being particularly discerning. The staff though, were simply outstanding for they helped us check in even though we arrived at nearly midnight on a public holiday!

Convent if you have a car.

Reception closed early on the evening I arrived at 8.30 pm. Had to phone for an access code but that worked out ok. Restaurant also closed. Clean convenient hotel.

Not Impressed

Building and decor are a bit tired, it is called the Kyriad Hotel and Restaurant but was told on check-in that the restaurant was closed. No reason given just closed on a Saturday night. The room was reasonable but the aircon pushed out hot air and when I told reception the answer was that there was nobody to look at it and they had no other rooms available. We were then subjected to all the lights on the A/C control panel flashing all night, could not turn them off, I guess this is what it does when it is faulty. Curtains in the room were hanging off the hooks and whe whole place looks uncared for. I know it is cheap but there are better places to stay than this - don't bother.

Very Disappointing

Good location , but when arriving at 7pm ,was told that wouldn't be able to eat as fully booked (they had a coach party in) , they do not warn you , we had a walk to eat (only restaurant around , and did not want to drive) , it was a good 20 minutes walk along a dual carriageway.Otherwise bulk standard "travel lodge" type hotel

Wir haben zum GlĂŒck nur 1 Nacht dort ĂŒbernachten. Sowohl das Badezimmer als auch das Zimmer selber voll mit Schimmel. Es hat auch entsprechend gerochen. Nie wieder in dem Hotel!
