Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!

Location good in city center, However difficult to reach by car. Very narrrow parking 400m from Hotel. Room without door between bathroom and bedroom. Quite worn down. The Hotels.com rating seems to high. The Hotel is good/ok, but not ”fantastic”.

Good location in Bernkastel, but missed the mark.

Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. The coat rack fell out of the wall, there was a missing magnifying mirror in the bathroom (just a post coming out of the wall with nothing attached). I was hoping for better for the price and the area. The breakfast was good, but we had dinner at the restaurant and that was mediocre at best. Some of it looked to be a possible short staffed issue.

Super hotel, super beliggenhed

Dejligt hotel central beliggenhed med parkering og udsigt til vinmarker. "SkĂŠvt" rum med masser af sjĂŠl. Jacuzzi og stor seng til 150 € pr. nat. Kaffe pĂ„ vĂŠrelset og rigtig fin morgenmad. Vi manglede kun et bord til at drikke kaffe ved.

Quel que soit le prix de la chambre, celle-ci sont toutes confortables, fonctionnelles et trĂšs propres. Spennende hotell i historisk hus, med rom inspirert a forskjellige eventyrfortellinger. Fellesarealene var dekorert med smĂ„ figurer og bilder fra eventyrverden. Betjening var vennlig og "serviceminded" hele veien. Eneste "drawback" var at huset ikke er veldig praktisk for mennesker, som har vansker med Ă„ gĂ„, siden det (av naturlige Ă„rsaker) ikke er heis i bygget. Men til gjengjeld fikk vi godt hjelp av den utmerkede resepsjonisten til Ă„ fĂ„ bagasjen opp pĂ„ rommet. Utenfor hotellet var det flust med restauranter og masse muligheter til Ă„ gĂ„ tur - bĂ„de i sentrum og mellom vingĂ„rdene. Vi var formĂžyde 😍

3° SĂ©jour. Toutes les chambres sont dĂ©corĂ©es sur un thĂšme diffĂ©rent de comptes de fĂ©es. MĂȘme les chambres standard avec douche sont parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©es et on une taille supĂ©rieure Ă  20 mÂČ. C'est donc trĂšs confortable et trĂšs propres. les chambres supĂ©rieures disposent souvent d'un jacuzzi. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est frais et excellent. le personnel est professionnel et trĂšs avenant, en particulier la rĂ©ceptionniste qui parle plusieurs langues dont le Français et est trĂšs soucieuse de la satisfaction du client. Vi var glatt överraskade! Hotellpersonalen var hjÀlpsamma, pratade bra engelska och supertrevliga. Hotellet Àr gammalt med en gammal stil, dÀrför lite slitet, men det störde oss inte. Hotellrummet var vÀldigt rent och frÀscht, hon som stÀdade vÄrat rum gjorde allt sÄ ljuvligt fint. Det fanns en bra kaffemaskin pÄ rummet, lite kakor och godis. SÄ trevligt! Frukosten var ocksÄ vÀldigt bra. Vi gillade sagotemat pÄ hotellet, det gjorde upplevelsen lite extra rolig.
