Enjoyed my stay with my family. Its a nice, well presented hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a nice selection of food for breakfast. The restaurant isnt open for drinks or dinner after the breakfast time. Our rooms was nice. Comfortable bed. I didnt notice that under the beds wasnt getting cleaned, but other than that everything was really good.

The room was modern with well kept furnishing. Te staff was helpful and neutrally pleasent (nothing great, but perfectly accommodating). The room was clean of trash but smelled of wet rags and even opening the window for multiple hours hadn't helped, from which I assume it was coming through the vents. Likewise, the bathroom water (which I believe is recycled) smelled horrible during 07:30-09:00. When other rooms flushed there toilets we could hear the plumbing loudly through the wall. Which is unfortunate, because there were many good things. Breakfast was delicious, the common area was nice, and location was a 5 minute walk from the underground. However the smell was genuinely terrible in our room.

We stayed at this venue for 3 nights and loved our room, the view was beautiful and the housekeeping was spectacular, the only issue was with the TV not working in the way it was advertised as, but the reception staff stated it was a matter of technical issues so I hope it will be resolved by the next time we stay here.

I had a great stay at the Vienna house East. Staff was great and the hotel itself is super clean and totally has a Berliner vibe to it. train and subway is close enough, only a 5-10min walk :) Highly recommend it.

For a first time visitor, this was an ideal place to stay. The room was big and comfortable, and great value for money. It is also conveniently located close to the S Bahn, which allows you to visit parts of the city with ease. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place.

It was near lots of cafes and restaurants. BRLO Brewhouse a few minutes away. Park areas were close by. Not too far to walk to everything. There is a local train out the window but it didn’t make to much noise.
