I ran into an issue at check in where they wanted to double charge me for the room. Once we sorted out, they tried saying I reserved a room with breakfast and it would cost me an additional 179 euro for my room. I showed my reservation showing that I didn’t reserve breakfast and that solved it. Moral of the story, keep your reservation email.

The hotel is clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated. It is however in an area where it is not easy to get around. A 7-8 minute walk takes you to the main train station, and there is a bit more to do there, but its unfortunately not a place to go and and mooch around the local bars and shops Still a great stay though, just take your walking boots

Very clean and smart hotel, reasonably central with 10 min walk to Hauptbahnhof. Staff were generally pleasant if not overly friendly, with the exception of the pizza guy, really friendly nice chap. Pizza was good, if you’re looking for cheap eats highly recommend Oggi’s down the road, great kebabs! Breakfast simple but very fresh every morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Quick check in, well appointed and comfortable (and quiet) rooms. Easy access to main central train station, supermarket and drug store near by as well as assorted restaurants. Can walk to Brandenburg gate in 30 minutes.

Main issue we had was no hot water/ shower on 1 evening. Staff said it was beyond their control, but quite frankly, do not pay these prices for this level of service.

Room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.I would be very happy to stay there again. The only negative thing was there were no usb charging points in the room. (However, plenty in the lounge/reception area ).
