Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch toll gelegen. Wir hatten große Probleme, mit dem Türcode in das Haus gelassen zu werden, es funktionierte nicht. Unter der Hilfe-Telefonnummer war leider nur ein Chatbot, der uns nur sagte, dass ihm das alles leid tue, geholfen hat er nicht. Per E-Mail konnte ich dann Hilfe holen, aber alles in allem dauerte es ca. eine halbe Stunde. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt nicht einfach, man beantwortete alle unsere Fragen nur per E-Mail, obwohl unsere Telefonnummer bekannt war.

Ottimo appartamento

Comodo per due famiglie con figli adolescenti, spazio per tutti, esattamente come da foto, molto pulito, vicino alla fermata della metro (5 minuti a piedi).Peccato si siano dimenticati di caricare i grani nella macchina del caffè e che il wifi non funzionasse. Per il resto davvero un ottimo appartamento.

Lage gut. Sauberkeit schlecht, wurde aber zügig behoben. Heizung lief nicht, wurde nach drei Tagen vom sehr netten Besitzer selbst behoben. Wohnung modern, aber bereits etwas verwohnt. Bräuchte Grundreinigung und einige Reparaturen. Betten klasse. Für zwei Familien mit Kindern eigentlich Optimal.
