I highly recommend this property. I never write reviews, but this was so spectacular I had to comment. The room was very large by European standards, had a great shower without the half door that so many European hotels have and had a huge soaking tub. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight for us, one of the nicer ones I've seen anywhere. And the hotel staff, especially the concierge, was enormously helpful. He even helped me get a last-minute ticket to the Berlin philharmonic in an incredible seat. The hotel is perfectly situated to see the whole city. Definitely a five-star experience.

My one critique of the hotel is that the service staff in the hotel breakfast room is understaffed and the breakfast service is not very good. Consequently we started having breakfast in the club lounge, where the service was always superior and the pastries and breads were fantastic.

Best hotel in Berlin. Great staff.I didn’t get his name but front desk agent (from greece) was excellent very knowledgeable friendly and made everything easy for us and for the kids as well. Thank you and will definitely coke back.
