Check in process was bad. There where maybe 3 people ahead of us and it took over 30 min to check us in. Noticed the same issue all 4 days we stayed here. No one in this hotel has any idea of what is going on in the hotel. We where told multiple times that our breakfast wasn’t included even though I had email confirmation that it was. This made it very annoying every morning on our way to breakfast and no one seem to care about correcting the ongoing mistake. There was also a huge event at this hotel. Apparently they have a lot. Just know that the event while take priority over hotel guests. Most things in the hotel where closed off for the even and we didn’t have access to cafe, bar or lobby

Great facilities, fancy hotel! You have options for dinner inside and also around the street. The lady at check-in did not provide enough information about the hotel services and schedule, I found that you have to pay 20 Euros to access the pool (I thought it was included within my reservation). The breakfast buffet is amazing

Great hotel
Really enjoyed this hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable. My room was quiet also. I never heard anyone in adjacent rooms or loud noises in the hallway, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.

Positives The hotel staff were friendly The hotel cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast and breakfast area was exemplary Areas to improve The ladies spa changing room spa was having some work done and it could be a trip hazard so they need to improve on this. Also complimentary water in room daily would be nice Not serving cocktails after a certain time at night is disappointing
