The uniquely exclusive 4-star apartment (59 sqm) with stucco and parquet floors has a box spring double bed (180/200), divisible in 2x 90/200 and a sofa bed 160/200, desk, mirror cabinet with safe, iron, ironing board , Clothes horse, a large flat screen, a stereo and other furnishings.

The separate kitchen area is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, including a ceramic hob, exhaust air system, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, tea, milk, sugar and basic spices.
The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 people.

The shower bathroom with toilet and lattice radiator is equipped with a hair dryer, electric cosmetic mirror and a basic set of hygiene articles.

The central heating is adjustable. All windows are fitted with external electrical blinds.

Beautiful Courtyard hidden Gem

Beautiful apartment in Berlin with all the amenities

We had the best night's sleep every in this cool, quiet apartment. The decor was lovely and everything we could have needed was supplied. The owners have thought of everything to make a stay comfortable. We were happy with the personal welcome and so grateful they called a taxi for us when we departed early in the morning. The apartment's location is a bit out of the way, but we soon figured out the 123 bus to get us to the central station in a few minutes, and from there we could get anywhere in Berlin quickly. We enjoyed the quirky doner kebab and traditional German bar nearby. Our 10 days in Berlin flew by but we'd come back in a minute to this beautiful apartment.

Apartment was clean in a quiet neighborhood. When we arrived we were welcomed with a bottle of red wine, water tea and coffee waiting to greet us. Location was good with easy access to buses to Central station. Courtyard with fountain and beautiful roses was peaceful. Would have appreciated introductory information in English.

Hidden Gem in Berlin

From the friendly mails, carefully crafted instructions on how to get there, to the beautifully conceived apartment with its gorgeous art works, cozy kitchen and lovely beds, this experience has been relaxing and inspiring at the same time. Cosy studio!

Great property, sparkling clean with lots of little touches and extra space you need when away! Looks even better in the flesh than in the pictures with a lovely comfy bed with nice bed linen on. Not completely central but nice and quiet for that and walkable to most places, if you're not a fan of walking buses and underground very close by to get you where you need to be. All in all super apartment, that people we really recommend and would definitely stay at again if we came back to Berlin .....thanks!

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

What a delight to be met by the hostess as she showed me around this beautifully appointed, absolutely spotlessly clean apartment. The kitchen had all kinds of utensils if you wanted to cook . There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. I really appreciated the fact that there was plastic wrap supplied to make it easier to pack a lunch. This is a small but thoughtful item. A bottle of wine and water was waiting as a welcome present which was lovely. I also appreciated having a desk to sit at and work on as well as a comfortable sofa TV etc. The bedding was super clean and fresh. There is even a little sitting area outside surrounded by a hedge which could be appreciated in warmer weather. The bathroom had one of those warming racks which makes it easy to dry clothes overnight. There are tall windows in three areas which give a lot of light to the apartment. It is Just around the corner to the bus stop number 123 which takes you right to the central train station. It is about 12 minutes from the closest subway station. There is a huge grocery store on the road home from the subway station called Birkenstraße. I felt very thrilled to stay in such a lovely apartment.

Great, well-equipped and quiet apartment

Very clean and quiet apartment in a non-touristic quarter of Berlin, with many different public-transportation options to get to the heart of the city rapidly. Check-in with the owner and check-out were very easy, and the apartment is very well-equipped, including enough supplies (i.e., toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, detergent, etc.) for your stay, which is rare. A small and a bigger supermarkets are nearby, and a cozy coffee place 'Coffee and Tea' at Birkenstraße 19, to start the day with delicious coffee and cakes. I definitely recommend this place.

Worked very well for us!

Tastefully decorated, roomy, clean, well-supplied, centrally located, great price. If we're ever lucky enough to return to Berlin we'll certainly try to go back to this or one if its two sister properties in the same building. And the nearby Turkish restaurant Osmanya was a spectacular find!

Excellent stay

I was in Berlin for a week’s work. I travel frequently and spent years in hotels. This studio was perfect. It provided plenty of space to relax and a wonderfully quiet neighborhood for great sleep.

Spacious and close to the central station

Everything worked flawlessly in the apartment, and it was a quick ride on the 123 bus to the Hauptbahnhof or the M27 to bus to U-Bahn stations to connect to other sites. I’m very pleased with the hospitality.

Stay during Berlin Marathon Weekend

Stayed here weekend of September 14th, 2018. It was a very comfortable and clean unit. HV Zental was very responsive to our questions and helped get us situated in the property. The bed was fair and wi-fi was very easy to set up. HV provided info on Berlin as well as stocked up the kitchen with all required kitchen needs. Towels, extra pillows and sheets were a plus. I would highly recommend staying in this property. Only issue was the additional bed tax required. I've never heard of this but was nominal enough to pay.

This apartment was clean, spacious, beautifully appointed. Comfortable beds and linens. Owner very accommodating to our early arrival, at ten AM. Short taxi ride from airport but still central for Berlin. No complaints. Owner arranged for taxi for our departure as well.

every thing perfect. Just one detail, if your are not "german speaking" it will be un bit difficult. Every thing is in german and the owner don't speak another language. :-)... good luck!
