Excellent budget option

Fantastic for a budget hotel. Large comfortable room with a good sized-bathroom and powerful shower. The included breakfast was of a good quality, and a typical German-style spread. The hotel is situated a little way out of the city itself, but can be found in a quiet and pleasant area with excellent transport links.

Unusual charming "art" hotel, Pankow austerity

The room was warm. A kettle would have been nice. A lot of attention to the "artistic' decor, not so much to the functionality and comfort of the individual rooms. Kind and friendly staff.

Dieses Haus ist wirklich etwas besonderes - sehr kunst-voll! Leider gibt es die Weinstube nicht mehr (und auch sonst kein Restaurant). Das Frühstück ist aber gut. Der größte Pluspunkt sind die freundlichen, hilfreichen und lustigen Mitarbeiter. Den Teppichboden könnte man mal gegen Holzdielen austauschen.

This is a pleasant hotel if you would like the feel of the German/Austrian pensions that were throughout those countries years ago yet you would like the privacy of your own bath!
