Need to train its staff
The hotel is new, great infraestructure and a beautiful design. However, the staff is not well trained. Also few of them speak english, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Sehr praktisch gelegen. Der Velodrom ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Vom Hauptbahnhof gibt es eine direkte Tram-Verbindung zum Hotel. Schicke Einrichtung, das Zimmer hat mir gefallen. Es waren ein paar dunkle Fusseln auf Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, beides weiß, daher fiel es auf. Ansonsten sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auf dem Zimmer stand Trinkwasser und eine Kaffeemaschine bereit. Allein das Frühstück war mir mit 32€ deutlich zu teuer. Beim Bäcker (5min zu Fuß) gab es stattdessen Frühstück mit Rührei und Getränk für 8€.

Meget flot og lækkert hotel, der var ikke en finger at sætte på værelse og faciliteter. Dog var personalet ikke særligt velinformerede og havde svært ved at vejlede om fx wellness og priser på hotellet.
