Rooms are too small for families. Extra charge for breakfast. Hotel doesn't have laundry in the facilities. Showers are very small. Hallway carpets are disgusting need cleaning a lot of dog pee around. Not sure why it says kid/family friendly place. It is just the same as other hotels there is nothing less or more family friendly. Hotel doesn't offer dinner food. Overall for the price I would look for another option specially with small children, probably best to do Airbnb

Walking distance from a big shopping mall and an underground rail station to easily get to Berlin Central. Also hotel is eco friendly. Breakfast consist of organic (Bio) foods and none of their product are in plastic disposable. containers. Unfortunately the restaurant is only open for breakfast and not dinner anymore.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet including kids station. Family room was excellent with lots of room for a young family. Hotel is well situated within easy walking distance to Potsdamer Platz (5mins) and a smaller underground stop (U2 train).

My wedding ring was missing from my room. They did little to rectify the situation. Manager took my information and never bothered to follow up with me. No internet in the as well. Very disappointing!
