The Hotel is in a great location with easy walking to restaurants, the city center and public transport. The staff was nice and helpful and the hotel is quiet. I liked that the room had a safe and the beds were comfortable. I deduct one star because the room and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (some hairs and cobwebs etc.), the heater vent was pretty noisy and they charge for coffee from a machine in the lobby. Tea is free but not coffee. It‘s not a must but was a bit unusual for a hotel these days. Also no business center (but that‘s probably not necessary in that location which has mostly tourists). I stayed at the Scandic Potsdamer Platz before, which is exceptional, and was expecting something similar at the Ku-damm location, but it‘s different and more dated, yet a very solid choice at a good price in a great location.

The breakfast buffet is awesome. The staff was super nice! The room was clean and super for our family of 4 (children age 13,9).we stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. You are really close to everything in Berlin. Definitely a recommendation on our end!

התארתי ברשת מספר פעמים בנורבגיה ובדנמרק. המלון בברלין ממוקם במיקום מרכזי, סמוך לכלבו kdw. הלובי מיושן ונדרש במתיחת פנים. כרושם ראשוני זהו מינוס רציני למלון. עם זאת החדרים מרווחים ונקיים וארוחת הבוקר מצויינת! רשת סקנדיק במיטבה. המגבות בחדר נדרשות ברענון. רובן ישנות וקשות, אבל זהו פרט שולי. המקום נקי ומסודר, קיימת כספת בחדר, מיקום מרכזי ושקט ושירות מצויין. בהחלט ממליץ!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is very LGBTQ friendly first of all, which was a big plus for me. The staff speaks perfect english and is very helpful. Any information or request, they do their best to accomodate. The pros for this hotel are: - perfect location, close to main shopping area, tube, buses, bars and restaurants. - really quiet and safe - gym, which is fairly well equiped - perfectly clean - large room - snacks and coffee 24/7 for a charge - kettle in the room (big plus), fridge, large free safe - quality amenities and fluffy towels Cons: only one: the cleaning is not provided daily by default, so you need to request it. But once you do, they will keep a note and do it daily. Not a major incovenient though. I will definitely choose again this hotel next time I am in Berlin.
