Udmærket lejlighed i et dejligt område med både restauranter, og dagligvare butik. Ca. 500mtr til Rosenstrahler plaz undergrund.
Lejlighed beliggende på 4 sal, og ingen elevator - derfor ikke egnet til famile med helt små børn med klapvogn som skal op og ned eller til folk med gang besvær..
