Lovely hotel. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Bar area was good and the hotel staff attentive. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi in either of the 2 rooms we had which in this day and age is not good. Coupled with the fact the pool was out of use and also the steam room where the ceiling had crumbled down. The sauna was good but far from the facilities we were expecting to use after a long day sightseeing. We were not made aware of this until arrival and were told each day the pool might be open the following day. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was for this so it was disappointing to not be available. We didn’t eat breakfast, €35 per person per day seemed very expensive but we found a lovely cafe just around the corner.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable! The breakfast had everything you could want and was reasonably priced for hotel guests! The spa, pool and fitness rooms were well kept, well stocked and great for after being out in the cold all day. Excellent stay!

Overall really nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, impressive reception area. Only thing that let it down was the spa area. Children should not be allowed in the spa area, ok to use the pool. The spa is not a relaxing space due to children running about, people ignoring the textile free area despite being advised by the attendant, sitting in wet swimwear with no towel in the sauna, talking loudly and laughing in the spa area.

Decent, comfortable hotel in berlin but wifi signal needs improving , good choice of dining options, and well stocked breakfast, but be careful and be aware at checkin they will ask for 230 euros as a deposit , which they say you will get back when you check out , this is a ridiculous amount for any other hotel in europe !
