The accommodation was great, on the most part, with a few little issues. Communication from Numa was great and their live chat was quick and effective. Room was well provisioned and access to other things like extra tea/coffee/towels was super easy. Was weird there being no staff present on-site though but caused no issue. I would say it could do with a vending machine and an accessible toilet on the ground floor. The main issue was with the room. The sofa had been through the wars - plenty of suspect stains and wasn’t in its prime. Remotes were battered and required us to juggle usable batteries during our stay. A very minor issue with the tv being framed-in meant we couldn’t connect any USBs which was a shame. Balcony and roof area needs some TLC.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here previously (3 years ago) and the hotel is as I remembered it. Facilities are great. Breakfast can be very busy but the restaurant is huge. Location is brilliant and you are within 10-15 minute walk of the main attractions.

The property owner is very helpful and personable. He gave us advise on things to do in the Quedlinburg area and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well appointed, as well as being close to the main city square where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The upstairs bedroom was quiet and comfortable, as was the sofa bed for our children downstairs. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here!

Nice easy self-service hotel near Potsdamer Platz

Nicely redone, clean, quiet hotel. Comfortable bed. There is a small gym. There are laundry machines you can access via a separate app, and a small central area to restock if you run out of coffee/towels/etc. (It is a self-service hotel, so they send you a code to get into the building and your room and there are no staff on site, limited housekeeping upon request).
