The location was great. Very easy connection to buses and trains. Walkable to check Point Charlie. Plus scooter and bike app hire right outside the door. Best Vietnamese restaurant 10 min walk called Go Mumma also a large supermarket 5 min walk Great large room for 4 people. Breakfast was great, but very busy. Overall the family had a good 2 night stay

Pros: Prime location, good rooms and decent breakfast. LIDL next door, and multiple resturants near by. SBahn is just there as you come out of property. Only takes about 20-25 to the airport and 10 minutes to Berlin Main. Staff were frieendly. Cons: wait time for elevators is crazy. Room was very hot, Air Conditioning was almost non existent.

Trip with friends to visit Berlin. Hotel location was convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was good value. Only negative is that the air conditioning has limited controls and wouldn't come on until the room temperature was above 22 degrees which is warmer than I like for sleeping.

good, comfortable stay

great location, really conveniently placed by potsdamer platz and mere meters away from a sbahn station rooms were big and comfortable staff were also really helpful during check-in, making us aware immediately about the AC issue and supplying us with fans the hotel is by the main road so does tend to get noisy but it wasnt a deterrent for us!

Not as comfortable as we had hoped. The air conditioner did not work and we could not keep the windows open because they faced the street and restaurant patio . The fridge did not cool items sufficiently. The bathroom was not very clean. We were woken up by another guest down the hall at 6:30 in the morning because he decided that was a good time to practice his violin.

The staff was completely rude and the air conditioning was not working. Supposedly, however it had been broken for days without an end in sight, the hotel was extremely hot and nothing was offered in a way of a refund for our terrible experience. We were just met with rude staff and no solutions.

The stay was not so good , had good experiences in the past with novotel so we went with that but the air conditioning was out of service and we could not sleep well and had to cut down one night which i got credit but would like to get the credit for the whole stay as we suffered due to heat and on a vacation we could not get proper sleep

The hotel AC didn’t work, they wouldn’t tell you in advance even though it’s 33 degrees. They offered a 20$ discount for 3 days and one free “ice-cream” that was a melted year old popsicle then charges you 7$ when you ask for water. The beds are the most uncomfortable bed we stayed in the whole trip. Not to mention the “pull out bed” is actually half an ikea couch with no real mattress or pull out matress or pillow include

Spacious (standard room, twin beds) but first floor room means you can hear all the outside street noise and conversations. Also sometime wrong with the bathroom sink not draining normally (this made brushing your teeth slightly challenging, we opted to use the one in the toilet room after the night). The toilet is a separate room from the bathtub/showers, both slightly elevated. Reminds me of cruise ships. Overall decent but could be better. Berlin focuses on sustainability, water is potable direct from sink water.
