Room simple but clean. HĂŽtel easy to reach by public transport S & U Hermanstrasse. Friendly service at breakfast. One negative point: the sidewalk along the entire length of the hotel was covered in slippery ice for several days. It seems to me that the hotel could have done something about it.

We didn't have breakfast there. So I can not say anything about it. The motel is well located, I mean for the price it's good. We mainly choose it since we had an event in the area. It was clean, but it didn't have a frigobar (I bought cheese so I had to eat it 😅) But it was clean, something I really appreciate it. Clean towels, shampoo, and soap. Also a smart TV that we appreciated after a cold day hehe. The common areas were nice. We only used them when we went out to plan our day. Also, we arrived at 16 or something and you have to self check in in a machine which is outside. It was quick. Comfortable pillows and bed.

Staff were ok but a bit inattentive at times such as checking in and at the bar. Toilet seat in the room clean but badly stained in fact the whole hotel is looking a bit tired. Having said that we have been coming here for many years now and it is still very convenient for us although a kettle in the room would be useful.

Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Clean but low comfort.

Room was ok, but in on the 2nd floor curtains that letthe light through would have been nice. Also I missed a safe and a fridge. The switch for the bathroom should have been outside notinside. TV screen was rather small. Breakfast was ok. But the fruit salad could have included more different fruits. The orange juice was warm this morning. The bar was ok, but no draft beer only bottles and yesterday no one there to serve. Check out was nice. Staff was very friendly. But today I had to wait some time in the lobby and it was very hot. No air conditioning.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Bar very reasonable for drinks. Room clean and comfortable only down side was no kettle in the room.
