Oversized 2 bedroom room with a truly enormous main bedroom.. Probably the largest I've ever stayed in. Great location, easy to walk to many of the major sights. Lovely front desk and parking on site (for a fee).

Excellent location; within walking distance to CP Charlie, Unter den Linden bvd, museum island ... Calm, out of main street. Beautiful breakfast area, lots of choice and very delicious. Complimentary sauna and fitness. Will definitely stay again.

Just stayed with friends for 3 nights. The hotel was great location, we were able to walk easily to many of the sights we wanted to see but it was also very good for public transport links. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. My only issue was there was works going on in the adjourning building which were very noisy, drilling and hammering starting from 9am. We were able to move to the other side of the hotel but it was a much smaller room which was disappointing as we had paid for the additional space.

Comfortable and well located.

The hotel is very well located. It has a nice bar and staff were friendly. Room was comfortable for three people. It cold get better in cleaning.

Given the wrong room

Booked a privilege room with double bed and double sofa bed for a family of 3, on arrival they gave us a double room for 2 and said they were fully booked so they squeezed a camp bed in to the double room. Hotels.com were not interested and the hotel manager said the difference in price was only 10E a night. Would not use hotels.com again as their service has left a lot to be desired.

Easy access to sights, very walkable and some nice restaurants very close by. Massive room, good shower and toiletries, comfortable bed. Breakfast and coffee very good and multiple choices available. We enjoyed the bar and the barman was lovely and very friendly and remembered our drinks each night. The only negatives were that I did an online check in which was supposed to be quicker but then had to do it all again when we arrived! Also the room was too hot despite the air con being on the lowest settings and there was no bottle of water. Despite this we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.
