This was a nice hotel, over a supermarket which was handy. However I personally felt there wasn’t much else around. About 30 minute walk from train station and river which was fine in summer

Hotel was fine, nice friendly staff, clean as it should be. Glad I added the breakfast on top of my reservation, amazing selection to choose from and set me up perfectly for the day exploring the city. It's got some lovely restaurants nearby, each one doing something different. I wouldn't say it's the best hotel as a base camp if you're the exploring type, I used an E-scooter as my means of transportation as it offered you the ability to get to the city centre more directly, whereas public transportation requires you to get on and off at various places which can be quite a pain if German isn't your native language.

I had a very poor experience with check in. I will not elaborate but it took 1 hour, after my arrival at 11pm. The following morning I went to Reception and the member of staff had not recorded the incidents. I made a verbal complaint but no one ever got back to me in the remaining 4 days I was there.

Difficult to find front of the hotel, it looked like a side entrance for staff. Difficult to access the lobby. Had to take elevator to 2nd floor, no one to help carry suitcases up to lobby or our rooms. Area was questionable, not very clean.Room was clean, although air conditioning really did not cool the room Opened windows for cooler air. No comfortable lobby to hang out in at night. Area where there were booths to sit, which was located near the bar, we were told we had to buy something or leave. I would not recommend this hotel.

This place is huge, managed to get lost trying to find our room. The room was huge and really great, staff were lovely the car was good the restaurant food was a bit pricey but some nice places outside the hotel to eat. Very handy having a supermarket below. Comfy beds and good shower, everything you could think of provided in the room.

Stayed at Mercure MOA Berlin and really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean and right next to a grocery store, which was super handy. There are great restaurants nearby, including a nice fish & steak place and a Vietnamese spot. It’s a bit far from the main attractions, but easy to reach by public transport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Fantastic hotel. Room was great and had everything we needed for our short stay. Only a two minute walk to the nearest underground stop. We only ate breakfast but it was fabulous and so much choice. Right about a supermarket which was really handy on the Saturday
