Stylish comfy hotel, friendly helpful staff

Absolutely beautiful stylish hotel next to the Berlin Wall and close to Berlin Östbahnhof. Check in process was easy and the staff were very helpful & friendly. Room was very clean and comfy, with well stocked kitchen (you also get a little pouch of ground speciality coffee to make in French press) and comfy sofa and seating area. We had a great sleep. We will definitely stay here again when in Berlin.

A little frustrating that there isn't any complimentary water. In the room and when I asked for ice, there was none on the property. Other than that the hotel is beautiful.

Excellent Stay near the East Side Gallery

A fabulous hotel in a great location. About 40 minutes from the airport and a short walk from the Ostbahnhof Station. Situated by the East Side Gallery which is well worth a visit. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and a short S Bahn ride into the centre of Berlin. Would highly recommend!!

Great property and such a calming aesthetic throughout. Right by East Side Gallery. About a five minute walk from East Station (Ostbahnhof). Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing a problem. One of my new favorites in Berlin.

The food is terrible, and pricey, but otherwise a very busy and popular spot. Despite being a smoke-free property, there was a continual stream of 2nd hand smoke coming in through the ceiling vents. Two of the nights it was so bad, we stayed elsewhere. Some of the appliances are a bit of a learning curve to use, but otherwise the kitchen supplies are basic. Water in Berlin is hard, however water pressure and temperature at this hotel are excellent. Local taxi services in Berlin are still confused as to the whereabouts of this hotel, so make sure you have the full address available if you are using cabs.

Great place to stay - especially for a concert at the Uber complex! Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Good public transit links, though area itself is devoid of any food or entertainment options not at the hotel or the uber arena area.
