Very nicely redone and appointed with everything you need in a great location. Landlord was very friendly and responsive to questions and additional requirements. Storage lockers were a great bonus for day of arrival and/or checkout. Highly recommended.

This was a great find! Easy walking distance from Alexanderplatz and Ostkreutz with grrat transport links (bus, tram, train, undeground). The whole property was spotless, no key or card to lose (it's all code and electronic pad entry), and it was really quiet despite being pretty central. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Berlin

The location is perfect—just one train stop from the airport and situated in a very central area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet still lively with local residents. While there is no staff in the building, they are very quick and helpful to respond to any questions online. My only criticism would be the pillows. Since they were feather pillows, they made noise—similar to the rustling of a plastic sheet—which made it difficult for me to sleep. It would have been nice to have a different type of spare pillow available.

Das Zimmer war auf 23,5 Grad geheizt und konnte nicht gesteuert werden, obwohl es eine Anleitung gibt. Die Steuerung reagiert einfach nicht. Auf meine Anfrage bei der Unterkunft gab es leider auch nach Tagen keine Rückmeldung. Tabs nur für 3 Kaffees, obwohl ich 10 Tage gebucht habe. Verstehe nicht, wieso so gespart wird.

Eigentlich ein sehr schöner gemütlich eingerichteter Raum, der Notausgang und die damit verbundene dauerhafte Beleuchtung des Notausgangsschildes befand sich auch im Raum. Wäre es nicht so störend gewesen hätte ich lachen müssen.

Gute Unterkunft in sehr praktischer Lage, mitten im belebten Friedrichshain und fussläufig zur U5 mit direkter Verbindung zum Hbf. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wenn auch mit sehr kleinem Bad. Dies hat mich halt als schmaler Mann aber nicht gestört. Das Gebäude ist in gutem Zustand und hell. Leider waren einige Haare auf dem Bett verteilt, ich nehme an vom Reinigungspersonal. Hinweise vor der Buchung: - Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man bekommt sehr viel von außen mit und könnte den Eindruck bekommen, die Tür steht noch offen. - Es handelt sich um kein Hotel. Die Tür zum Haus sowie zum Zimmer öffnet sich mit dem gleichen 4-stelligen Code. Also unten vor dem Haus lieber etwas Ausschau halten, wer die Eingabe mitbekommen könnte, weil sonst auch Zugang zum Zimmer möglich wäre. - In meinem Zimmer gab es keine Möglichkeit, die Tür von innen abzusperren. Der Zugang mit korrektem Code wäre also jederzeit möglich gewesen, das fand ich etwas komisch. - In Zimmer 201 ist eines der Fenster ein Notausgang. Darüber hängt ein Notausgangsschild, welches auch nachts hell leuchtet. Selbst mit geschlossenem Vorhang ist das Zimmer noch ordentlich erleuchtet. - Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt. Man kann dies wohl kostenpflichtig beantragen, was ich aber nicht getan habe. All dies würde mich jedoch nicht davon abhalten, die Unterkunft erneut zu buchen. Ich habe mich alles in allem wohl gefühlt.

Veludstyret lejlighed, men savner adgang til f.eks. mere toiletpapir og kapsler til kaffemaskinen. Rengøringen før ankomst var perfekt. Opvaskemaskine og køleskab var super.

En general creo que está en una ubicación que llegas a varios lados pero hay que caminar de noche está obscuro… la limitante en podernos comunicar con alguien es algo que no recomiendo aunque de algún modo es eficiente creo que falta el poder comunicarse por lo menos por un WhatsApp

War alles super sauber und neu. Tolle Gegend und keinerlei Probleme. Viel Platz. Ein Kühlschrank wäre gut gewesen, ist aber nur ein minimaler Abzugspunkt.
