Stay before Christmas

Great overall stay. Great location for Alexanderplatz Christmas Markets. Friendly staff, but struggled for 10 minutes at check-in to find our booking which was via hotels.com. We were given a free early check-in, but was placed into a disability room for the week. This meant an open shower in the bathroom so the floor got very wet and no additional towel/ bath mat was provided. The bath towels are very very small! But the shower itself was powerful. The bed was very comfortable and a good size room. There was no lighting in half the room and no proper mirror in the room which was a shame. The bar area was lovely and service was brilliant.

Great place to stay very comfortable and an easy location to get around with transport nearby or short walk.Staff were fantastic the food was great and the bar was very nice.Being English it was a shame there was no tea making facilities in the room but the coffee machine was a great touch. Would definitely recommend
