Hotel was close to the S-Bahn Station, so ideal for travelling as only a short walk to station. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast buffet was plenty with a good variety of food. My daughter stayed in the block behind us at the back. Her room was good but the treck through the cellar was very strange...having to walk past locked wooden cellar doors. She said her room was comfortable and clean but noisy with trolleys being pushed around in the early hours as it backed onto a road/car park. Still, they enjoyed their stay.

Nice hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking at rear of property was handy. Even got a complementary bottle of Champagne and Chocolates as a new years gift.

Hotel staff was amazing; bed was comfortable; breakfast was well worth the stay.

not worthy of two stars, hotel with fire risk.

No disabled facilities whatsoever. Entrance after 10 pm accessed through neighbouring cellar!!! Complimentary breakfast,daily newspaper and free non alcoholic drinks did not exist. No facilities to make a drink.breakfast must be paid on arrival at hotel. My granddaughter did not have breakfast for 3 days, but I was refused the reimbursement of €15. The hotel is a fire risk as it is locked up at 10 pm and the only access point is through cellar, which would be impossible for disabled person. Halfway through our stay, the housemaster removed two easy chairs and replaced them with two bucket chairs which were too high for me (disabled) to sit on.

Excellent price/quality ratio

Not iNot impressing from outside but very comfortable inside. Big rooms with double bed and couch. Huge balcony, free wi-fi , free parking in hotel's yard. Breakfast included , very polite staff. Hotel located in Spandau, far from center. Highly recomended for people who have business in area .

Für den Preis unbedingt renouvierungsbedürftig

Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Für den Preis könnte man schon mal den Zimmern einen neuen Anstrich verleihen und die Möbel modernisieren. Es ist leider wirklich alles sehr alt und abgewohnt. Zumindest war der Großteil des Zimmers sauber, bis auf Flecken auf dem Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Personal auch soweit freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage in Spandau ist gut , Bushaltestelle direkt in der Nähe, Bahnhof nicht weit entfernt. Frühstück war soweit in Ordnug . Die Zimmer waren etwas dunkel - der dunkle Fußboden und die dunkle Holzdecke lassen das Zimmer "düster" erscheinen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft okay( man weiß ja dass man keinen Luxus gebucht hat).
