The nice holiday home, surrounded by forest and water, is located in the district of Köpenick / district Müggelheim.the city centre can be reached by bus and S-Bahn in about 45 min.or by car in about 25 km. It was again honoured as TOP RENTER 2021 in 2021. Upon arrival, the tenant must pay an overnight tax (city tax) of 5% of the rental price on site! The holiday home was once again awarded as TOP RENTER in 2023 and 2024.
The holiday bungalow was in November. 2020 and partially renovated in January 2023. It has approx. 36 square metres of living space, an American kitchen equipped with sink, refrigerator, electric cooker with oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and complete eating and cooking utensils, as well as a dining table with three chairs. In the living area there is a pull-out double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a music system and satellite TV. An extra bed for a child is possible. There is a separate small room with another sleeping possibility for one person. There is a cloakroom in the entrance area. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, hand basin and WC.
The holiday bungalow is located in a garden plot which is also inhabited by the landlord. It has its own terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The property has its own enclosed water access to the Große Krampe with a small sunbathing lawn and the opportunity to swim. The water area is approx. 150 metres from the bungalow and can be reached via an unpaved garden path. There is a bench and a garden table on the sunbathing lawn where you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the view of the water. Swimming is only possible for swimmers, as access is via a 1 metre wide concrete footbridge at the end of which a ladder leads into the water. A supervised bathing area for non-swimmers is located on the other side of the water at a distance of approx. 700 metres.
The façade was repainted in July 2022. The holiday bungalow was partially renovated in January 2023.
Distances: 20 minutes to Berlin-Köpenick city centre, 45 minutes to Berlin-Mitte city centre. Everything can also be reached by public transport. Several bathing areas nearby can be reached by car, on foot or by bike. 5 min to the forest with extensive hiking possibilities. 7 min walk to the historic village green of Berlin-Müggelheim with several inns, petrol station and three supermarkets as well as bus stop. 30 min walk to the Müggelturm on the Müggelberge.
