Staff was great. Good location with food and beer nearby. 10 min walk to alexanderplatz. Beds were awful. Like sleeping on the floor and only 1 pillow. I ended up using a towel folded up in addition to the 1 pillow.

All great, except one tiny detail that can get overlooked sometimes. I spotted two long strands of hair on my pillow. All clean otherwise. I’m well aware of the amount of work you put to maintain your premises so this is not negative feedback. This is the only thing I would recommend to improve.

Perfect for solo travellers

Really nice hotel. Lovely view of the Fernsehturm from my room. Really comfy bed (which is also very big) and good air conditioning. a great range of breakfast options. Perfect location for me to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Had a great time!

This was a OK hotel with a view of Berlin. The location was good and the room was comfortable. There was a handy convenience store near the lobby where you could buy snacks and things. It is a 15 minute walk to the main square and if you walk the other direction, there are a number of restaurants to visit

The room is small but fine for one person, superclean, and modern. The bathroom is small but not too small. The location is great. It's probably not in Prenzlauer, which seems to be across the street. The restaurants on Kollwitzstrass are a short walk, the ones on Kastanienallee are a bit of a hike. Alexanderplatz is on a tram line, so the hotel is easy to get too.

We had a great stay at Ibis Berlin Mitte. We booked a room with two twin beds. Nothing fancy but the price was excellent. The room was small compared to Western sizing but typical for Europe. The location is one of its strongest points. It is centrally located with easy access to trams and trains and just a short ride from the airport. Alexanderplatz is right down the street or one tram stop away. Grocery stores, snacks, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. That said, the immediate neighborhood around the hotel wasn’t very exciting. Seemed to be mostly residential and commercial. You could seek and find things but usually 10-15 minutes walk. Most of the energy and things to do are closer to Alexanderplatz so if you want to be in the thick of bars and noise, this isn't the place for you. Besides the location, the second-best thing was how quiet the hotel was. We barely heard any noise from neighboring rooms. The only sound we noticed, and this is not the hotel’s fault, was other guests letting their doors swing shut, which can be loud in any hotel before reserving. Maybe other rooms are different. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only three negatives: 1. the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on yet, so our room was uncomfortably hot for the first couple days. Apparently, the building switches between heating or air conditioning for the entire building depending on the season. 2. the
