The staff were really helpful and smiley. While the hotel was rather hidden (hard to find when we first got there) and overall needs a refresher, the room we got was really big so it was comfortable for 3 - 4 person!

Staff were lovely and the location is up and coming, with some nice restaurants nearby. Hotel is in need of renovation, threadbare carpets and scuffed walls. Mattress was awful - way too soft and gave us both backache. Didn’t complain as we were not there too long.

Located only a few bus stops for Central Station. Plenty of restruarants, etc. around the area. Staff was friendly, and watched luggage after check-out (which not all hotels seem to be doing these days). Only drawback was that there was work being done on a daily basis (which needs to be done sometimes), but they would start early. Overall, great value !

Very much a get what you pay for hotel. The rooms are incredibly basic but they do the job for a city break. There were building works going on which we were not told about prior to our visit. We were told they would start at 8am, but banging and crashing could be heard from as early as 7am. The location is a short walk to the train station and then it’s an easy journey into the centre of Berlin. We were also put on the same floor as a group of school children that were shouting and slamming doors until the early hours which didn’t help with the earlier than expected building works. Would definitely recommend for a short city break, as it is basic and clean, but anything longer and you may want to look elsewhere.

A bit too out of the way for us. A great deal of building work going on and the place needs it. The corridors were dirty especially the carpets. The room was sad. Nothing the staff could do about it as that is what the hotel is. The bathroom was fine and the breakfast ok.
