The staff were warm but not overly friendly, the location is superb, the rooms though are in desperate need of a revamp. After a 19hr travel day I just dropped my bags off in the room and went out. I got back to my room late that evening, showered and hopped into bed. The next morning I woke up and noticed a dried blood stain on the other side of the bed which I did not sleep on. The curtains as well are falling apart. I spoke to the front desk about, and nothing happened.

I really liked the room and the view of Berlin. The walk-in shower was awesome and the floor heating was great. Super friendly hotel staff and the breakfast was delicious! 100% recommended and I will definitely stay again!

We had a Great stay! 9 people in 4 rooms, and all worked out perfectly! Breakfast was A+, with cook in the buffet, with fresh egg, scrambled, boiled and fried, fresh fruit, bread and cookies. It all left nothing left to wish for. Cleaning of the room daily, new towels on request; we had a good stay!

The Rooms were fine and clean. The staff disturbed is several times to ask for cleaning, even at the day we were leaving. The breakfast is fine, but there was very crowded at breakfast - too many people sitting very close.
