I was a solo female traveler and the staff was very welcoming and helpful . The hotel was near many places to eat and not noisy at night. The one compliant I did have and I never said anything about - was the AC made a loud noise that was a bit disruptive for my sleep (rm 606) they should get it looked at - but when I checked out there was no one to chat with about it.

Great place to stay in Berlin!

This place is newly renovated, and although the rooms are small, they are well thought out, so it didn’t feel too cramped. The area is really great with so many restaurants! And it’s pretty close to many sites. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.
