Book this hotel - you won’t regret it!

Book this hotel! Everything was exactly as described! The hotel offered all you would need for a stay in Berlin. The staff was extremely friendly and well equipped to answer any questions. I appreciated how the hotel doors locked during the night as the train station nearest to the hotel is not the best in the city. The shower water pressure was also fantastic!! Amazing overall - would stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent hotel in the west end near Zoo

Friendly welcome. Nice comfortable room, kept very clean. Position is quite good near to Zoo the Ku dam and Stein Platz. Good WiFi and English Tv options. Coffee Maker. Very good breakfast with extensive buffet and hot options. Only negative comment the free water could have been included every day not just the first.

The hotel and staff were lovely. I was not very keen on the area though as there was little to do - altho’ you could walk to the river (rather dark at night so I wouldn’t want to do alone). I maybe should have researched the area a bit more.
