The location of the hotel is convenient. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. This woman at the front desk was very nice and kind. She delivered extra things to the room and gave me good suggestions.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean with very nice decor. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious (had booked an accessible room). Bathroom didn't have a shower seat included, not a huge issue for us but may be for some travellers. Despite having a room at the front, couldn't hear passing trains or traffic at all, which was great.
