Staff was excellent. Breakfast was huge - with something for each of our particular tastes. The breakfast hours were long which worked out perfect for us with our time zone change. Location of this hotel is very nice - close enough to walk or take public transportation. Our shower didn't get hot, and since the floor didn't slope to the drain, our bathroom flooded with each shower. Beds are hard.

Location was excellent giving good opportunity to vusut berlin Christmas Markets. Breakfast could be very crowded between 9-10 so try to avoid these times

The hotel is so centralky located being 5 mins walk from Alexanderplatz station. We had a room for 3, it was a bit cramped but was clean and warm. The staff are welcoming especially on reception and in the bar. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic when busy but is buffet style and there is a good choice. Lots to do in the area, great for the Christmas market. Good cocktails in the bar too. Can get a bit of noise depending on where your room is located. Really enjoyed my stay with you, thank you.

The rooms were great, and the staff was friendly. I liked that the hotel had good food and snack options as well. The only thing I didn't like was that my room specifically didn't have a refrigerator. It's a small price to pay since breakfast was included in the price you pay for the room, but it did impact the quality of the experience.

The Tesla chargers do not work in the parking garage. When i arrived the garage was full. I had to park and walk 10 min walk to the hotel with luggage. The next morning I was able to move my car to the garage and found the electric chargers broken(4 chargers) Finally at checkout I could not exit the garage. I paid at desk and upon attempt to leave I could not . I pressed button for assist and the communication failed. I went to desk to complain and it worked when I went back down. Just inconvenience

Comfort in Berlin

The Hotel was centrally located to eating & shopping. We stayed in a handicapped room and it was great. The staff all were so helpful to our needs. Very clean rooms and facilties.
