It’s not what it says

This place was not what it said. It said they had a restaurant and bowling ally on the property. When we arrived we were not told any of this. We had just traveled and not ate all day. In the hotel room the hotel info still had a menu for room service and hours of operation for the restaurant. It didn’t open til 5. It was 3:30 so we decided to wait also because there wasn’t any other food options close by. We head down at 5 only to find out it’s permanently closed as well as the bowling alley. So me and my family had to walk 20 mins to the nearest restaurant. The hotel also states that it’s only a 11 minute drive to the airport. It wasn’t. It was a 20 minute drive so we had to pay more for a taxi than we originally had thought. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy but there’s a apartment across from the hotel and the people were very noisy til very late. There was also benches under our window that people were hanging out drinking and smoking til late as well. Since there’s no air conditioning we had our windows open and smoke was coming in our room and set the smoke alarm off twice super late around midnight when we were asleep. Me and my family were very disappointed with this hotel.

Hotel im Grünen, schön ruhig, umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr schönes, orginelles Restaurant. Wir hätten uns mehr Berliner Küche auf der Speisekarte gewünscht, passend zum Ambiente. Vielleicht auch mal was anderes im Angebot der Desserts als das, was es überall gibt. Sehr nettes Personal. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt, in Berlin Grünau, am Waldrand. Sehr schön. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man, inklusive Tagesdecken aus den 60ern und Wäschekontainern mit alt Wäsche auf den Fluren. Dafür hat das Hotel einige tolle Mitarbeiter !

Wir sin fast 10 Jahre Kunde und buchen unsere Hitels über euch und jetzt wo wir krank geworden Konten wir nicht Stornieren und haben das Geld verloren und Sterne . Wir hatten das Hotel am Wochenende gebucht. Soweit so gut. Leider besitzt keines der Zimmer Klimaanlage und neben an ist eine Flüchtlingsunterkunft, bei offen Fenster war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Service war in Ordnung! Sauberkeit war O.K. der Preis nicht angemessen!

Sehr früher Check out mit 10.00 Uhr. Wir wurden im Kommandoton darauf hingewiesen das wir diese Zeit überschritten hatten. Auch die von uns wahrgenommene Möglichkeit draußen zu frühstücken wurde vom Personal als lästig empfunden. So unsere sicherlich zutreffende Wahrnehmung. Beim letzten Besuch vor wenigen Jahren war der Parkplatz noch frei. Jetzt kostenpflichtig.
