I traveled from the US for the Berlin Marathon. Our flight to Berlin was significantly delayed and we did not arrive until midnight. The staff provided a way for me to access my key and wait to pay until I woke the next morning. The front desk provided directions and maps that were very easy to follow. They even allowed us to store our bags for the day we checked out. Everything was wonderful!

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, ruhig, sauber. Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal, leider. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert. Uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder gern kommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr, sehr nett.
