Great location. Well appointed rooms. Excellent cleaning. Staff very helpful. We took one of the larger rooms which was ideal for a longer stay in Berlin. They are a great size. The only issue was that the pillows were terrible - all of them, no support.

Room was very clean we booked the deluxe room. Location is excellent and quiet. We booked half board but restaurant was closed for all 11 night we were there, the bar menu very limited and we had to go pick up our order otherwise would have cost 20€…Housekeeping needs a little retraining and better supervision.
