The kitchen area is in the living room and has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, radio. Living room, new sofa, sleeps 2 persons. Bedroom, new box spring bed, 180 x 200 cm. The bathroom is bright and has a toilet, shower, sink, washing machine, hair dryer, soap. Sheets and towels are included in the price. Location: This apartment is located in a quiet area, but central. There is a good bus and subway connection. Several buses can be reached in about 4 minutes on foot, where you will find the shops and restaurants. To Potsdamer Platz or KurfĂŒrstendamm can be reached in about 30 minutes. The Britzer garden with several playgrounds and restaurants can be reached in about 7 minutes. The swimming pool and outdoor pool can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. The trotting course can be reached in about 12 minutes. To bowling alley it is about 12 minutes walk. The Tempelhofer Feld and Kreuzberg can be reached in about 20 minutes by public transport or car. Lovely clean apartment, cosy even in cold winter weather. Private parking which was great. Only drawback was no blinds on the velux windows when using the sofa bed.

Super friendly amazing host.

The place is amazing, clean, and just a pleasure to be in. It is a bit of a walk and distance from the city center. If your walking know that it is a daily 14 min walk back and forth from the metro. It's perfect if you plan on driving around Berlin. The place , the host and the neighborhood are great. I always felt safe.I would definitely return.

Check in super. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles vorhanden. WLAN war drinnen absolut ok, auf dem Balkon fast nicht vorhanden. Leider fehlt eine Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer.Radtouren sind von diesem Standort sehr gut zu machen ( Potsdam oder auch MĂŒggelsee).

Wir durften bereits zum zweiten mal GĂ€ste in dieser Ferienwohnung sein und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, der Balkon ein Traum das Bett ebenso. Es ist alles vorhanden, was im alltĂ€glichen Gebrauch nötig ist und zusĂ€tzlich das ein oder andere nette Acsessoir. Es ist sehr viel Platz vorhanden, die Anbindung sowie extrem ruhige und schöne grĂŒne Lage mit angrenzendem Park sind perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir hatten hier das ein oder andere sehr nette GesprĂ€ch. Rundum zufrieden kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Alles super! Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gerÀumig. Unser Baby (9 Monate) hat bei uns mit im Bett geschlafen. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell bei den Highlights von Berlin. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter :)

Wir haben eine sehr komfortable Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Betten waren bequem, die KĂŒche voll ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich hat zu einem lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt eingeladen. Wir genossen die Ruhe im Haus, von der kleinen Anliegerstraße war nichts zu hören. ZusĂ€tzlich konnten wir den Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck nutzen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, GeschirrspĂŒler, allen Waschmitteln war perfekt. Helle Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon, die auch zum Verweilen einlĂ€dt, wenn da nicht die Metropole lockte. In direkter NĂ€he ist ein Edeka und die Busanbindung.

Super weiter zu empfehlen - kommen gerne wieder

Die FeWo war sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem sehr hell und freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gerÀumig und gepflegt. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, abends auf dem Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Der Edeka Markt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Auf den ersten Blick eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Recht modern eingerichtet. Ein schönes Bad. Leider lies bei genauem Hinschauen die Sauberkeit ein wenig zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Auch Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe usw, war alles zusamengewĂŒrfelt. Das wirkte alles ein wenig chaotisch. Positiv war der Stellplatz fĂŒrs Auto auf dem GelĂ€nde, wekche durch ein Tor gesichert war. Auch der Empfang von der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Lage war auch klasse. Schön ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußlĂ€ufig. Und und zum Essengehen war auch alles fußlĂ€ufig in der NĂ€he. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut. Wenn die Sauberkeit verbessert wird, kann man de Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Premium-Wohnung in Berlin

Superschöne und bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlicher, kleiner Dachterrasse ĂŒber den DĂ€chern des kleinen Wohngebietes (Spielstraße - komplett ruhig). Achtung: Macht die TerrassentĂŒr nicht ganz zu, wenn Ihr draußen seid. Man sperrt sich dann selbst aus.... wobei: Ein kurzer Anruf und Karin hat uns sofort wieder" befreit". Die Lage nahe Britzer Garten ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns seeeeehr wohl gefĂŒhlt - danke nochmal an Karin und ihren Mann 😉

Enjoyable stay - recommended

The appartment is on the top floor, spacious, very light with a nice view. The host is very kind and helpful. Our bike with carrier could safely be parked sheltered in the back yard. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much, quiet area, easy connection with public transport to the centre.
