Very cozy place with nice decoration. We heard the neighbors very well at night and in the morning so not very suitable for light sleepers. Very cute cat in the inner courtyard and a lot of restaurants, shops and parks at a walking distance. I would go again!

Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. Would definitely come back! 3

Wonderful apartment and owner!

I was so privileged to stay at Eileen's place. She was very kind and thoughtful. The apartment was perfect - I had some of the best sleeps I have ever had traveling in the apartment. It's spacious, with great light, warm, and located close to shops and the metro. If you are going to Berlin this is a perfect place to stay with a wonderful host!

Great apartment in a lovely area (the kebab stand at the end of the road is great). The only thing that would help is the exact address for the apartment from Vrbo, but that's a tiny change!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Es fühlt sich sehr persönlich und durchdacht an, eben nicht eine Standard 0815 charakterlose Ferienwohnung. Eileen ist super lieb und aufgeschlossen. Und wenn man Tiere mag, ist man bei ihr ebenfalls gut aufgehoben. Die Umgebung ist eine Mischung aus hartem Pflaster und gut gelegen. Parkplätze sind hart umkämpft, aber Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zum Tempelhofer Feld braucht man zu Fuß max. 15 min. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen.

Die FeWo entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Vieles in der Wohnung war auf Sperrmüllniveau, der Balkon quasi nicht nutzbar, es roch unangenehm und der Kühlschrank war wohl auch lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden.
