We really enjoyed our two night stay just before christmas. Nice large , clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a large range of choices.

I booked the Suite with king bed. It was delightful and extremely comfortable. The people and service was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Right across the street is one of the Best Thai restaurants I’ve eaten in. You must try the Red curry.

Have stayed at the Classik Hotel Alexander Platz many times. Felt the warmth of the staff was not quite there this time, with the exception of the bar man who is always welcoming. Our room was not the best - small and right next to the lift motors which disturbed our sleep and rest. No complimentary water provided which is very strange for a hotel of this standard. Did feel a little cold, over commercial and lacked any generosity, which is a shame considering the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance of several points of interest. I was warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco at check-in, which was such a nice touch. The bar inside the hotel was stylish and inviting, and the service there was excellent, attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Overall, a fantastic experience that made my trip even more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property feels small and personal with a stylish touch. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Room modern yet classy Plenty to see in the local area from a number of big museums to nice little cafe bars and restaurants. Plenty of dining options nearby catering to all tastes and vegan options galore. Would definitely stay again.
