Great location, easy access to subway lines and a taxi stop right in front of hotel. The property has character, good conveniences. A covered swimming pool is a plus, together with the sauna area which is in need of urgent refurbishment. Bathroom amenities could be better - just an all in one body/shampoo/conditioner product is never the best option for hair and skin, in my opinion... It is a big hotel, but you get a good feeling. Breakfast is good but a little confusing in peak hours. I would stay there again depending on a cost-benefit analysis.

Ended up staying there because of an event next doors.. would t go again The property has no soul unfortunately.. only the bell boy and also the checkin staff was nice but the rules and limitations for the bar staff are very annoying. It could be a great place if management was more customer service oriented. „Can't do“ is much more their motto than „yes we can“

Everything was okay except getting stuck in the elevator. We used the key and it did not move at all. We waited about 5 minutes and it finally moved. Those 5 minutes felt like 10 hours. Hopefully they maintain them better. I also didnt see a emergency phone or directions in english…..
