Historic building for 5 people near Kurfürstendamm

The accommodation is in a prime location: It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping boulevard. The apartment is located in the middle-class area of Charlottenburg, just about 50 metres from Ludwigkirchplatz, where you’ll find typical Berlin area life. Ludwigkirchplatz is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafés.

The hotel apartment is located on the ground floor. Here you’ll find the open kitchen, which opens directly onto the dining area, where there is a dining table that seats 6 people. Right next to the dining area is the sleeping area with a double bed and a large flat-screen TV. On the ground floor, you’ll find an enclosed bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, all of a high standard. From the ground floor, a staircase leads down to a very large room in the basement. This room features a double bed, a single bed, a flat-screen TV, and a couch. The basement room receives natural light through a skylight.
