Fun cheeky hotel. Great roof top bar overlooking the zoo. Breakfast was fabulous - a lot to choose from. Sauna was nice too. Loved the indoor hammocks - spent time reading there! Room was small, but good. Friendly staff.

Very disappointing experience, definitely not worth the money. There are many better hotels in the area. On the positive side, the lady at reception was very kind and welcoming. However, that’s about the only highlight. Breakfast was a complete disaster: it took 45 minutes just to get a cappuccino. That’s unacceptable. As for the staff, Robert’s role seriously needs to be reassessed. In a customer-facing position, every guest should be treated with the same level of respect and service, that was not the case here. I won’t be coming back

Absolutely loved this hotel! Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! I loved the jungle theme and the aesthetic in the room and hotel. Even the elevator was a vibe. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Willing to go the extra mile without even being asked. Thank you for an amazing experience! I hope to be back soon :)

The room was okay, nothing to really wow you. It is a pretty dark hotel, and the elevator and hallways were pretty dirty which does t set the stage for a great stay. The property needs a rehab and the staff was not overly friendly. It could just be a culture difference, but we were slightly disappointed. The breakfast staff was the least friendliest of them all. Again, cultural differences, but I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or unwanted as a guest.

Fantastic, modern, vibrant hotel in wonderful Berlin. Comfortable, fun and quirky bedrooms, one of the best bars in the city, excellent breakfasts in a stunning rooftop location and some of the very best view the city has to offer. Highly recommend. Definitely my first choice when visiting Berlin.

Very cool hotel. Great staff in the bar and very good dining in the main restaurant. Not much room in terms of storing your luggage and clothes for a extended stay but we made it work.

This is a fantastic hotel in an equally fantastic location. Parking is a short, but manageable, walk away. Staff are great and very helpful. Definitely worth considering for a Berlin stay.

Overrated. Except for the beautiful view (jungle room) everything was not so good. Bad service, thin pillows, light entering the room through the curtain, cleaning was average, you pay a lot but getting average

Overlooking the Berlin Zoo and Tiergarten is a huge plus and great for a couple of nights. We stayed for 5 nights and even the staff were surprised we were there for that long. We felt pressured by staff to have the room serviced every 3 days instead of daily - we ran out of tissues and dry towels quickly. There is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which was really odd. Pillows are extremely soft and we had to ask twice for a second pillow. The bar upstairs is lovely but they overcharged us significantly. This was fixed when we pointed it out but it could have been easily missed if we’d charged the bill to the room. Would recommend for a maximum of nights if you’re OK with basic service but not a longer stay.
