Clean, tidy and conveniently located near S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Highways, we liked the place!

The place easily accomodated the 4 of us and we liked it. Communication with host was straightforward and everything was as described but be aware that there are quite a few extras to the cost advertised. All in all a good place to stay near main transportation means to Berlin City and surounding areas of interest. We recommend the place.

Checked in with Alexander, he was waiting at the property for our arrival. The property has some issues with ants and little fruit flies, which they are trying to control with traps. I would stay again. Great location on the underground and always taxis available with “Uber” “FreeNow“ and “Bolt”

Zentrale Lage

Die Lage ist top, dafür etwas laut. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, das nötigste ist da. Ich würde sie wieder buchen. Wünschen würde ich mir vielleicht ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien ( Teekanne) oder auch eine zusätzliche Decke für`s Sofa.

angenehme Wohnung, verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Das Treppenhaus des Mietshauses war ungepflegt. Die Wohnung jedoch war sehr sauber und für vier Personen ausreichend groß. In der Küche war vieles da (Geschirrspüler, Toaster, ....) es fehlten jedoch Kleinigkeiten wie Schüsseln, Weingläser, Suppenkelle, Topfdeckel und ganz besonders der Stöpsel für die Spüle. Außerdem war das extrem knarrende Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer mit durch gelegenen Matratzen ein Problem. Es hat uns den Schlaf geraubt, wie auch der Verkehr der stark befahrenen Nachbarstraße. Das Badezimmer war groß, sauber, kein Schimmel, mit Badewanne und einer Duschtür aus Glas. Alles in allem war es eine sehr hochwertige, geschmackvolle Ausstattung ( Möbel, Böden ). Super war die U-Bahn Station direkt um die Ecke, man war nach kurzer Fahrzeit in den touristischen Gebieten. Für den täglichen Bedarf waren auch genügend Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal des Vermieters war sehr gut und sehr nett. Wir würden, auf Grund des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses, auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Dann aber mit Ohrenstöpsel für die Nacht ;-).
