From arriving, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and easy to walk to and from the train station along with all the major tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for myself, but could be a bit cramped for two people - although it would be doable. I got a room right next to the elevator and had other guests making noise late at night and early in the morning which was inconvenient but that’s not the hotels fault, just be aware the ambient sound does travel through the room

Premium room was very small and required attention to tv, sink plug and electric card read for the lights. Towels were well worn with not much life left in them. I had to request to have the room made up and dirty towels replaced
