Spacious apartment for up to 5 people centrally on the island of Rügen

Our apartment "Kastanienblick" is located on the village street with old chestnut trees on the upper floor of the former farmhouse. With approx. 117 m², the apartment offers up to 5 guests a cozy holiday home and extends over 3 floors.

From the entrance on the ground floor you reach the upper floor with a living room, two bedrooms and a kitchen, dining room and bathroom. There is another bedroom in the attic.
In the living room with TV, the crackling fire in the fireplace gives you cozy warmth on cool evenings.

In the walk-through bedroom, a single bed with a large built-in wardrobe offers a cozy place to sleep for a guest. The bedroom with a double bed borders on it.

A space-saving staircase leads to the bedroom under the roof with a four-poster bed. The stairs are not suitable for small children and guests with walking difficulties.

The daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The kitchen has an adjoining dining room with corner bench and is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher and induction cooker, dishes, cutlery.

When the weather is nice, you will want to sit comfortably together on the approximately 25 m² terrace, which you can reach from the hallway. From here you also have a wonderful view of the old chestnut trees.

There are a total of three terraces available for relaxation on the large, fenced property. You can play table tennis, feather or volleyball here and, if the weather is nice, have breakfast in the fresh air or use the nice summer evenings for a barbecue. If the weather is favorable, you can end the evening with a crackling fire at our campfire site. The wood is ready.
