Great obe to choose

It was really a nice time at this hotel. We went with a baby of 8months and the staff was amazing especially ‘nonna Patrizia’ my girl loved her and always gave us good advice where to go;) Breakfast was also great and location is very central;) Thank you for everything!! We will be back to this hotel if we visit Venezia again;)

Esperienza deludente

Probabilmente sarò una voce fuori dal coro ma questi 5 giorni non sono stati come me li aspettavo..o almeno in linea con i giudizi degli altri ospiti. La posizione é ottimale, zona tranquilla, a meno di 1 km dalla stazione e dai collegamenti con Bg alta. Non mi aspettavo una reggia, ma lo spazio é veramente minimo. Si tratta di un mini bilocale, bagno cieco, finestre senza zanzariere, nessuna possibilità di stendere qualcosa fuori. L'avevo scelto per l'aria condizionata dato il periodo estivo ma c' era un condizionatore portatile col tubo di sfiato dell'aria calda sistemato in modo arrangiato alla finestra della cucina..con le persiane chiuse per evitare le zanzare l'aria calda tornava dentro, l'unico modo per utilizzarlo era con le persiane aperte ma in compagnia delle zanzare. C'è però un ventilatore in camera da letto. La pulizia era carente in cucina quanto nel bagno dove c'era costante odore di umidità - data l'assenza della finestra - nascosto da un profumatore d'ambienti a tempo. Appena arrivati abbiamo notato accanto al frigo scopa, paletta, mocio ed il secchio con acqua dentro della pulizia effettuata prima del ns arrivo. Dato il piccolo spazio e l' assenza di balconi, abbiamo avvisato l' host che ha subito rimosso secchio e mocio malodorante. La pulizia viene fatta con scopa e panno cattura polvere.. ma un' aspirapolvere un po più igienica no?!? La caldaia in casa ecc ecc..tutto molto da migliorare!! Un host gentile e sempre disponibile..questo é innegabile

In centro, pulito e carinissimo!

Dobevo soggiornare a Bergamo per lavoro e ho trovato questo appartamento carino. Piccino ma con tutto l occorrente anche per lunghi alloggi, cucina infatti super attrezzata e camera molto confortevole. Cé un divano letto per eventualmente una terza persona e un bagno comodo con vasca doccia. Caffe e the offerti dal proprietario molto molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto perfettamente pulito! In pieno centro ad un prezzo modico non pensavo di trovare una soluzione cosi bella.
