Trendy room great bed. Room was clean, but let down cleaners needing to pay attention to skirting and dirt in corners. The bathroom again trendy with powerful shower. The cleaners need to pay attention to grout on bottom tiles as showing signs of mold. Overall great hotel and would stay again

Great location, modern nicely decorated room. Previous occupants shampoo/conditioner were left in the showe which left us wondering how thoroughly cleaned the shower had been. The walls are very thin between rooms & unfortunately we had incredibly noisy neighbours with loud music and loud voices. We did contact reception but there are no staff on site to deal with issues like that.

Excellent location, lovely large room & bathroom. Very clean. Large walk in shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Only thing that let it down was the checkin. It is self check in and when it came to paying the city tax there was no signal and I could not pay, therefore could not check in. I had to WhatsApp the property manager who then sent me a link, I had to log on pay the tax, screen shot the verification, what’s app the photo before getting the room number and entrance code. If you have no data, or elderly without a smart phone (like my father), you wouldn’t be able to check in. If not for this, rest I was more than happy with.

We really liked our stay here - didnt encounter any issues. The room was really nice and a good location. We received instructions to check in remotely after sending passport details and city tax (which is normal for every stay in Italy). There wasn't any staff there which we were expecting and liked the easy check in. Would recommend.
