Beautiful character house of 200m2 completely renovated in 2018 in the heart of Berck Plage (30m from Rue Carnot and 200m from the beach) welcomes you for your summer vacation with family or friends that can comfortably accommodate 16 people:

- living room with kitchen area: flat screen tv, dvd player, wi-fi, internet access, library (DVD / CD / books available)
- equipped American kitchen - dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- a bedroom with a double bed 160 * 200 and the private bathroom (with wc, sink and shower)
- 2nd bedroom with a double bed 160 * 190
-3rd bedroom in a row with 2 bunk beds
- a 2nd bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine)
1st floor:

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus war super. Alles was man braucht konnte man fußläufig erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief reibungslos und Sie hat uns stets bei Fragen weitergeholfen. Das einzige was wir auszusetzen haben ist, dass die obere Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert hat und dies mit 12 Personen etwas problematisch war. Aber auch da hat sich die Gastgeberin drum gekümmert. Es war super schön und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Très chouette maison, idéal pour les grandes familles, ou les bandes d amis, maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre, et parfaitement découpée, petite cour avec accès sur la rue…
Le stationnement est facile également, l emplacement est parfait , près du « Coeur de ville ». A refaire!!!

Séjour parfait
Pour une réunion de famille après 18 mois de covid, cette maison était parfaite-accueillante, bien équipée et confortable. La propriétaire est vraiment gentille, très réactive et prête à rendre service. Les lits sont confortables, la cuisine bien équipée (important puisqu'avec des enfants en bas âge on ne mange pas dehors très souvent). L'emplacement de la maison est très bien, proche des commerces et de la mer. Je recommande sans hésitation. Merci Julia !
